r_Height [value]
r_width [value]

Can't remember where the file is stored, but it should be called Game.cfg I think.

I was going to give you full info as above to edit Shortcut with but as you claim you can set 1600x1200 on Desktop and in other games something is wrong as it should be there.

Are you 100% sure that RES at a Certain HZ is in your " nv_disp.inf ", cause adding any normal RES there will make Crysis see it also after you reinstall Driver from the Nvidia folder not the File you Download to Desktop.

I have to use RefreshLock or Crysis will simply not let me play at my choosen HZ.

iv tryed reinstalling the nvidia drivers and the game but 1280x is the highest available in the game.

Make a shortcut to Crysis on your Desktop (be it DX9 or DX10, whatever you play in).

Add this to the end of the Shortcut by Right Clicking and choosing Properties, then in the SHORTCUT Tab enter this to end of the text already in the TARGET box : " Crysis.exe +r_Width=1600 +r_Height=1200 " Minus the Inverted Commas.

removed :

hi,

cheers for the help,

when i try to do that it just says that its not a valid path etc.

Jason.

Must be a small error like a SPACE needed or not needed.

I will try it after my dinner.

Edit ok ignore above, You use the Crysis.EXE thats in the Bin32 or Bin64 Folder, not the Crsis64.EXE thats in the Bin64 Folder.

Make a Shortcut to one of the Crysis.EXE's on your desktop.

Add this to the end of the Shortcut by Right Clicking and choosing Properties, then in the SHORTCUT Tab enter this to end of the text already in the TARGET box " +r_Width=1920 +r_Height=1440", Not Including the Commas and YES that is 1 SPACE at start of text before the + sign.

Example to my Crysis Bin64 folders Crysis.EXE Shortcut on Desktop.

Before : "C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\Crytek\Crysis\Bin64\Crysis.exe" : Including Commas

After : "C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\Crytek\Crysis\Bin64\Crysis.exe" +r_Width=1600 +r_Height=1200

Not sure about any console commands to check the resolution. But you could take a screenshot. Either by using Fraps, Print Screen (I think that works) or F12 takes a screenshot in game I think.
