Forcing web browser or flash to use a second soundcard

Does anyone know how to make any browser (firefox, IE, chrome etc) use a second soundcard for playing flash content?

Flash at the moment will only play whichever card is set to default in Windows 7. However I want it to output on the secondary soundcard.

There must be a way round it.......

Bit of googling brought up some info about PulseAudio, but it looks to be linux only.....anything out similar for Windows?
