Ford Colour code

so this morning in my stupidly sleepy state i managed to scrape the paint off my bumper onto a lovely white van. leaving me with a scratch about 6inches long which I now need to respray.

i have a ford Ka and was wondering if anyone knew if there was anywhere on the car that would tell me the colour code so i can go buy some paint to spray my poor injured motor!

the van is fine by the way, i rang the guy and he said not to worry, the paint just wiped off.

Is it not on the inside in the engine bay stampted onto the VIN plate?

there are many numbers stamped onto the plate. Do you know which one it is? I think theres about 4 different lines of numbers

thanks, i think ive narrowed it down to 2 colours. colorado red or garnet red. and then i think that narrows down again to colorado red only.

i hope so, im not having a 6inch scratch thats a different colour
