Ford Etis Replacement

I'm trying to work out what level of service my car requires, and I used to go to Etis for this but it's no longer available? I'm finding that garages are asking me what level of service I want, but I'd expect them to tell me what level of service I actually need.

Is there an online resource that you all use? I could go for oil filter only service to save cash but I don't want to scrimp and cause problems in the long run.

Looks like just oil and filter, however after 4 years would it be best to get fuel filter and air filter done, too?

Car is: Ford Focus Hatchback 1.5 EcoBoost 182 ST-Line X 5dr

Don't think there is an inline fuel filter, just the one in the tank. You can check the air filter yourself, it just clips open, it probably looks brand new.
