Ford Fiesta knocking noise/grinding

Tried to drive the car today and as soon as I moved off there was a loud knocking noise coming from the front, even when I was driving straight it made a knocking noise and when turning the wheel right it made a grinding+knocking noise.

Could it be steering Rack issues? Anti roll bar drop links broken?

Any ideas, its a mk6 Fiesta if that helps.

Check your coil spring, we had 2 go on our 53 plate fiesta...

Sounds like a CV joint to me they can still make noise when the wheels are straight too.

When does the knocking occur, just constantly or over bunos etc?

First thing I'd do is get it jacked up at each side and have a push/prod at everything you can see. If it's constantly knocmig and a spring is causing it it should be pretty obvious. Drop links not so much

Drive it to a garage, if it's a CV joint, they'll diagnose it instantly..
