Ford Focus 2004 Radio Code?

I have a 2004 Ford Focus and had to replace the battery and now the radio display just says CODE and wants a 4 digit number.

Anyone know what the number is?

Might be in with the cars documentation from ford, if you have it.

Also there is a tool to look it up on pumapeople, depending on the exact model.

What model is it?

Also, you would need the serial umber from the back or side of the unit.

What model is the radio? There are key generators for which you'll need the serial number of the radio. If you're ok posting that then I or someone else will take a look.

Why would it be on a sticker on the back of the radio? This kinda defeats the point of having a security code!

get the stereo serial number beginning with an M

PS It's happened because the stereo was disconnected from a permanent live, did the battery go flat or new battery?
