Forgot Windows 7 PC Password, any way to unlock it?

I changed my password, thought I new what it was but it isnt! have had 100`s of guesses and am now locked out!

Any way I can reset it some how for free?

I cant even run safe mode as it just takes me to the log in screen

OFFLINE NT is what I use to reset windows passwords.
