forgotten my network key!

Hi guys, just restored my computer to realise that i've forgotten my network key, as if that wasn't bad enough i've also realised that i've changed the default password and login name for my router so i can't even get into the settings to reset them.

Is there any way round it, can i reset them another way on the box itself?

It's a BT Voyager 2091

there should be a little reset hole/button on the router itself which should reset it to factory defaults
