Fork or spoon when brewing tea?

I find you get a much better compression of the tea bag using a dinner fork.

However my colleagues look at me strangely. I even had to explain stiring with a fork still mixes the milk in, as one protested the gaps in the fork won't give as good a mix.

Fair play if you have sugar though, a spoon may be the weapon of choice.

Surely i'm not alone here?
