Form Upload in asp?

What's the quickest and easiest method of doing this?
The sit is on a shared hosting type package thing. And just need to make a form that will allow the user to upload a thumbnail to a folder.

I'm hoping this is something very simple

Have you Googled? There will be loads of examples out there on how to implement file upload from a webform.

Your hosting package is going to needs to allow ASP (preferably ASP.NET, where I believe in version 2.0 there is a ready made control for file upload) and it will need to be able to allow a web application write access to its directories.
