Format a USB stick from mac to pc

I have a usb stick that I was using to try mac stuff etc and now I want to use it on my windows pc - its not being recognised. How do I sort this through windows 7?

format it as fat32. windows and mac both recognise that.

i have no idea what the mac has done to it so you might need to use disk management to partition it first.

cant see a way of formatting this - using disk management doesnt give me the option!

well i'm assuming it doesn't recognise the partition but it may allow you to delete it and then create a new one?

obviously if it contains data you want to keep, you'll need to get on a mac first to back it up.
