Formatting 32Gb USB stick?

Anyway of formatting a 32Gb USB stick on my mac so it can also be used in Windows?

Yeah, format it to FAT32 but you'll have 4GB file limits and horrible capitalised volume names

Alternatively there are bits of software which allow each OS to read the other ones native formats... but its a faff I suppose.

ExFAT works on both I thought... without the 4gb limit.
