formatting issues with Apple Mail

Does anyone else have an issue with formatting with Apple Mail, when I send a mail it looks lovely on my screen, company logo at the bottom etc etc... but when people receive it the logo gets centred on the page, the images or pdfs aren't where I put them etc etc...

Any way to standardise this so I know what the recipients are getting?

Yup, I know exactly what you're talking about.

It's more prominent as an issue when you're emailing people on Exchange systems who are using Outlook.

I ended up trying to find fonts that match - so it looks similar on the target.

It's infuriating isn't it?
