10 years ago I was highly proficient in FORTRAN 77. However since then I've hardly touched it.

I now need to get up to speed again, and learn the new stuff in 95 and 2003. Can anyone recommend a great book? I’m looking for a tutorial style book with examples of various common numerical methods rather than a reference book.

I flicked through a copy of ISBN 0071285784 a few months ago as it was lying around in work and I had to debug a fortran program. It seemed okay.. had worked examples etc...
