forum and shop site very slow

Ive noticed it for the past few days that the forum and shop site is very slow, and its not improving at all, is it at my end or your end?

Everyone it seems, it's doing my head in and today had to send one of my customers to a competitors website because they also could not hit the OCUK webpage because it would fail to load fully or take forever.

Thread here in the general section shows we are all having the same problem mate.
