Hi guys,


Im looking for some help on designing a Logo banner for our forums,

Well i say help, im hoping if i can give you the link to the forum and the theme we are looking for, then i would reward somebody for there efforts.

Hope this is appropriate and if anybody can help then that would be great.

Nice site. Can I make one suggestion. Your VB is set to a specified pixel width which doesnt fit on a standard 1024 x 768 monitor. You need to set the table widths to 100% or similar
 
Thanks , weve all worked pretty hard behind the scenes so far, just need to get the logo sorted and were almost ready.

can you take the background for the banner from any of the pics we gave you so it creates the olde worlde look of the movie. What I need is something on a real limb, real polished. I like the concept, but it's gotta be right...even rendered if needed...

It's gonna take some real effort to get right where we want it, not discouraging anyone, we're obviously willing to pay for your services..

it appears the wow fluid skin is not all that compatible with vbulletin 3.6.3..

I've contacted the supplier, hopefully they can sort it...

Can you explain a tad more what you mean?
 
Sorry its a bit confusing really but i will try and explain,

The theme for the forum is taken from 'The league of extraordinary Gentleman'

What raja is trying to explain , is that the background is to be designed around the example pics that are linked above or anything to do with the movie

The avators i posted are part of the theme we are introducing.

I really like this, if you could get all 4 guys in there somewhere (somehow) in a style like you have done and create the forum name in there somewhere, i think we are onto something

Dont need the LXG though

btw the actual banner needs to be 718X175...

Anything other than this causes an issue when viewing on 1024X768 as the whole forum will exceed the screen size and needs to be scrolled in manually by the user each time...


yeah that image so far is the kind of thing we would like, if you have time to really polish that up and get the 4 images in somehow, bigger ones than the ones we provided of the four characters, should be on the net somewhere, we will be happy with that kind of theme and look. For the forum logo, the name is

world overclocking league

I dunno if you can spin that somehow, into that banner even with some kind of overclocking connotation, in the olde worlde feel..

Ok mrdbristol I like that, I'm just waiting vbskinworks response to my sizes, can you do a 1000x175 of the same image?

I like the way you tied in the clockwork in the background....


Let coolasmoo get back online and we'll make a final decision...
