Why does the forum keep going down? that was the second time today lol

Edit: Edinburgh, fourth time in two weeks I have phoned to hear on 150 "There is a problem in the EH4 post as we are n00bs who **** our networks up everyday roughly after lunchtime. Sorry."

ouch :P phone telewest (the number to call is 150 if you have a telewest phone line) and tell them, when i had high pings phoned them and the upgraded the box thingy in my road, now much much better :cool:

Keep fobbing me off on the phone, and I cannot get a technical reason for it either. Its happening every other day.

have you said that they are breaking their side of the contract (offering a stable service) and therefore you want a months discount/money back? i've been with them 7/8 years (when they was called cable&wireless) and have had a few months free at least :)

I've done that before at my old house. Was trying to do it 20 minutes ago but the line disconnected funny enough.. one of those count to 10 moments.
