Followed with a logged problem, identified proposed workarounds, beginning RCA.

I almost spat out my tea when I saw "upgrades" as the messaging. Proper dirty IT. I miss those days!

In 2018, it was changed to 'give helch a break'. Then in 2020, it was replaced with 'thank you NHS' for Covid. Then from 2021 to present day (I think), it says 'helta skelta'

No way. I drive that route at least a few times a year and have never noticed. I need to keep my eyes on the road clearly rather than Netflix
