I see ten pages and at the end it says "Threads below this have not been updated since your last visit but have unread messages."

Thanks, it must be a coincidence then that for the last couple of weeks my daily login has been only 8 pages.

It's not something I'm going to look into, we're doing the upgrade to the newer version of Xenforo next Wednesday so no real point in investigating something on the system we're going to be replacing.

Kids have had about 2 weeks of school holiday over Easter, so presumably some parents will have been busier and not had time to post their usual mountains of crap?

LOL, just as we are about to have a forum upgrade i finally have more than 8 pages showing, so it is working.

Maybe it’s genuine and the new posts since your last visit is no longer than 9 pages.

Stay away from the forums for a full 24 hours and check back after the time has passed.

Normally when i log in the morning (a day later) the new posts page varies but for over a week it was exactly 8 pages so i couldn't see how we could have the exact same traffic everyday so was just checking to see if there was a glitch or if the forum settings had been altered.

Don't worry about it, all will be fixed shortly when the nuke comes.

I wrongly thought it had already been upgraded, that explains why it all looks exactly the same.
