How many suspensions does it take before an account gets banned?
I don't mean this to be a personal attack in any way, but I noticed iBot is suspended again, and it honestly must be.. what, the 5th time that I've been around to see and remember?
Surely there must be a "three and you're out" rule, especially for persistent trolling?
