Forum search tools offline?

I'm getting a "mercutio you dont have permission to look at this page" when trying to access any of the search tools. Is this intended/a side effect of some work done or down while it played with?

I asked this question yesterday and was told this..

It's disabled at the moment to help alleviate the forum instability.

So I guess we just have to wait and see how long time it takes before they turn it back on..

Apparently it is temporary. Searching puts a fair load on the server I'd imagine, which is probably why its the first thing to get removed whenever the forums get slow and buggy like they were last week.
