Forum user trying to get back in - NVP

Not sure if this is the right place. A friend, @NVP, says he's security locked and he's raised a query via the contact form but hasn't received a reply.

Ask him to create a new temporary account and post in https://forums.overclockers.co.uk/community/forum-content-discussion.164/ where one of the admins will be able to assist with account recovery.
