Forum web page thingie (Help)

I used to run a forum Phb2 and was getting spammed to death and with lack of users i closed it down . I now want to restart it but a mate showed me these sorta prebuilt sites in loads of different themes with inbuilt forums. They were about a 70mb download and had very pro looking setup etc.

But i fail at google and cant find what they were . I can instal phb3 via my host and do a simple frontpage but since im basically wiping the site i though it might be good to put one of these type sites up .

Anyone help with what im looking for ?

70 MB? sounds like way too much.
anyway, it could be a wordpress based site with phpBB integrated, maybe phpBB with the portal mod installed? possibly vbulletin with the vbAdvanced mod installed? (http://www.vbadvanced.com/)...

Close but no cigar .. They were themed sites...very slick..with news pages etc .. Argh i cant really describe it but they had a lot of added graphics etc . Should have bookmarked them really hehe but was a while ago and formated since then .
