Forums resizing photos?

Hi, when I add an image to my forum it normally resizes them so they fit in to the page.

They aren't big, only 640x480.

Any ideas? Tried uploading with different hosts/uploaders.

May be an HTML attribute or CSS property resizing the image. height and width attributes for the <img> tag, or CSS height and width properties applied to all img elements.
