forza 5 help

So I bought the forza 5 car pass. Now as i understand it i can now get each car free in carrer mode once, but when I go th the buy car screen everything is still showing as full price. I've tried hard resets and reinstalling fm5 and the dlc to no avail, any ideas?

Don't you just get the DLC cars once?

yeah, but I cant even get any of them free the first time

Did you redeem the packs in the marketplace?

yeah, all the cars are showing up as purchased
