CDkeys have it for about £47 with the 5% facebook discount. It states on the code description its Xbox/windows 10. Activate it using the MS store and its then tied to your account and gamertag so you can play it on |PC and XB1

Any old version does not cross play AFAIK. It must state windows 10/xbox on the description like this...

Its where I bought mine and it cross plays just fine with PC being the main device I used it for

Just don't but it from CJS keys, the game was removed from my account a week after purchase, judging by their facebook page they had a batch of dodgy keys and a lot of customers were affected.
They publicly promised a refund on their facebook page they went back on their word and would only give me store credit, luckily my bank did a charge back, won't be buying from them again.

I assume all of the those links will be a similar thing, get login to an account you add, get game remove the account.
