PBO is better for 1080P i believe as a few cores can boost really high which helps alleviate the CPU limitation, but with FPS over 250 can't really blame the CPU game is very well optimised for all.Thanks @LtMatt, downloaded Forza about an hour ago. That was the second run
Seeing your score has tempted me to roll back my BIOS and use PBO to improve my 1080P score. Be curious to see if you can get close to my 4K score.
I believe your CPU may be offering great PBO speeds.

- My cpu held this back a little bit definitely! rarely sat at 99% GPU usage tended to be low 90s throughout benchmark.
