The gameplay in 3 was very solid and I don't expect this one to be very different. A very pleasant arcade-ish racer with lots of content and online stuff from the developers like Forzathons with challenges, free new cars etc.
It's just that they always go bonkers with the pricing and I expect some problems on release, 3 had quite a lot and performance was fixed months later.
