My brother found an Apple Watch earlier, We tried to knock it on to see if we could find any of the owners details but it's battery is flat now and we don't have a charger for it.

What's our best option?

Go to your local police station and hand it in as lost property. Not even sure why this is a question that needs asking?

You could also put up a notice where it was found to inform the owner it has been handed to the police, and at which station. That way they'll know to go and reclaim it.

Even if you did have a charger it wouldn't help as it'd be locked, and an Apple store wouldn't be able to help either.

My bro has already contacted the police. Just wondered if there was a way to get the serial number off it or anything that's all.

Watch safely returned to its rightful owner! He took the dog out for a walk to the same place today and there were two people searching frantically for an Apple Watch!

if it was the gold one he missed out there. $$$$$$$$$$$$

1st class ticket to Thailand here I come lady boys..

I hope you got a thankyou, i had a similar instance but with the phone. My dad found it out walking his dogs so i took it off him, got it charged and rang the "Mum"contact.
I drove around to their house and handed it back to a grumpy teenager who didnt seem happy about it. Im guessing they were hoping for an upgrade or something if they lost it :)
