So, I'm in the process of making templates & planning out a new custom build (case and all) when I needed to mark out the holes for where my motherboard will go. Seeing as I don't want to take my current system apart & I want to be as exact as I can with my measurements, I wanted to use another ATX motherboard. That's when I remembered I had an old Gigabyte GA-EP31-DS3L in the loft.

So my question is this: Are the mounting holes on this board in the exact same locations as all other ATX motherboards on the market today (specifically the Asus Z170 Sabertooth Mark 1)?

EDIT!!
Just looked a little closer & noticed only 4 ram slots instead of 8, so it's narrower than the Asus mentioned before. Does anyone know how much I will need to add on to the width of the Gigabyte to make it the same size as the Asus?
