Bit of a weird one. Occasionally when I restart my PC (fairly new build) I get a message saying "found new hardware - PCI device". If I hit cancel it just comes up again straight away. It will keep doing this forever. If I go to device manager I get a huge long list of unknown PCI devices, that would probably scroll on for infinity if I let it 
If I then restart the PC it's fine again and all the unknown devices are gone. Not a serious problem, but kinda annoying and strange
