Hi im running

foxconn x38a mobo
quadcore q6600 Go chip
8gb ocz reaper 1066 ram
ati radion 3870 512mg

im trying to up the fsb to 355 for a 3.2 from 2.4 overclock.
since this board reads my ram as standard as 800 it naturally pushes it up to its 1066 speed at this clock other wise I have to put it to 1-4 ratio. all other settings set to standard in bios.

It works powers up into windows and passes benchmark, but after a day or so ill start to get blue screens.

I don't understand why this keeps happening, this board and chip with this ram should have no problems with this clock.

any ideas? anyone overclocked this board and has settings?

thanks.

Ok ill give that a crack later, do you think my system should have any problems with hitting 3.2?

just pushing up fsb to 355?

is there any settings I should enable / disable you can think of?

thanks.
