FPS dip

On my computer i get FPS dips when it is loading the steam overlay, but once it is loaded the fps goes back to normal.
However the steam overlay does not appear when the game is loading, not sure why this is.
Running a Phenom II 550 @ 3.75ghz and a HD4850.

Could be a driver issue...try updating the driver may be.
