Fps drop then speed up dawn of war 2

Hi guys have a msi gl72 6qc laptop with a nvidia 940mx you 12gb ram and a i5 6300 cpu . When I got the laptop 4 days ago I could run the game at full settings 1080p now for some strange reason no matter what settings it's on , I'm getting horrible fps and then the game randomly acts like I've pressed fast forward for a couple of seconds , almost like it's trying to catch up

What temps are the various components running at?

You temp isn't showing but cpu on load 52 c , but now it's just constantly running at a low fps
