Fps limiter and temperature monitor for ati`s

hi all
Just got my misses a 6870 at a great price and i know that the sims 3(which she loves) used to run at crazy fps on ati cards as vysnc never used to work on ati`s

I know theres a proggy that does it that comes as a part of another program that also used to monitor temp too, but i ca`nt remember what it was called.

Im sure many here will know.

Thanks for the awnser bud but that was`nt the one i remember.............if i cant find the one i used to use then i will get the one you mentioned.

I thought you could press Ctrl + Alt + C and type something along the lines of 'vsync on' in the sims? Or was that just the sims 2?

sims 3 does have a vsync option in the game but it just does not work lol

And thank you phillip j fry rivatuner has a proggy inside it called d3doverider and thats what i was looking for.

D3DOverrider, comes as part of Riva Tuner, worked well for me with Sims3
