fps meter ?

hi guys i have seen in some videos a fps meter in the top right of the screen in game can somebody point me to the best software to achieve this thanks

Fraps.
Press F11, it will say your FPS in an overly in any corner of your screen you wish. Will go red whilst recording

MSI Afterburner can also show a fair bit of extra and potentially useful information as well as the fps such as GPU useage.
