FPS Spikes

hi guys i keep getting random fps spikes in my games

and my computer really slows down it happens in both offline and online modes

can anyone try help me figure out whats wrong ?

any help is much apprecited

What games are we talking about? You all up to date with drivers and windows? If your GTX275 is overclocked clock it back to default and put your e5200 back to stock clocks

my gtx 275 is stock but my cpu is overclocked

i was hoping i wouldnt have to clock my cpu down

Your using a dual core, I suspect it's a background service chewing up CPU time at an awkward moment. Try disabling indexing and superfetch/prefetch.

If it is something in the background use gamebooster

It should get rid of any service or process that may be interrupting
