FPS what the?

So i built a new PC

ATI 7790 1gb
AMD 8320 8 core 3.5ghz
8gb ddr3
windows 7
etc..

I can run Bishock Infinite on Ultra settings and get around 90fps..

But running WoW on High/medium settings im hitting around 70fps world and in some 5 player dungeons 45fps?

Any advice would be great

I had it overclocked to 4ghz, and no difference really.. Fps just seems to drop. Also there may be something wrong with my card because i get screen flashes every now and again.
