Fractal Arc XL side window
The side window on my Fractal Design Arc XL has a couple of issues which are bothering me:
1 - It seems to gather a large amount of dust on the outside, have cleaned it many times with a micro-fiber cloth but it quickly starts gathering dust again.
2 - The window seems to be developing some small cracks from some of the joints.
Now who should i contact? I bought it from the rainforest, so should i contact them? They will likely want to whole thing back. Or should i contact Fractal and see if they are willing to replace the side panel?
It's obvious the side window shouldn't be cracking, i should point out i have not been manhandling the side panel in any way and i always take care when removing it and putting it back on. The cracks appeared about a month after i bought it and have slowly been getting bigger since.
