Love the case so far apart from one annoying thing, the bottom dust filter vibrates and rattles which completely negates the sound dampening benefits. So far to stop it i've had to pull it out a couple of inches which then leaves a gap for dust to get into the PSU.

Does anyone know any tricks to stop it making annoying noises?

I have the R4 and haven't had this issue. Why not get some tape and stick it down to stop it vibrating? You'll have to remove it when you want to clean the dust filter though.

If you are paranoid about things vibrating and causing noise get some sticky back neoprene (I keep a roll at all times) and use that between whatever is vibrating and whatever it is vibrating against.

I think i've sorted it, I put some tape along the edges of the filter so it's nice and snug when it's back in there. So far so good.

Edit - maybe not, the 'hum' is back. I'll have to try some thicker tape tomorrow as i don't have any in the house.

Edit - turns out the 'hum' was one of the feet causing the top of the chest of drawers to make the noise (just cheap thin plywood flat pack drawers), a bit of folded paper under it sort that out until i can find a permanent solution. The tape seems to have taken care of the vibrations and rattles from the dust filter though :)
