I have recently have purchased a fractal design arc mid case to be able to use a 240 rad, question is I would like to upgrade to a i7 2011 with the Asus Rampage IV Extreme which is an E-ATX, what I would like to know is this, would this mobo fit into my current case?

Some cases don't officially support eATX, but you could squeeze them in, something like the 600T is a great example of this.

To be honest though, the Fractal really looks like you couldn't do that in there unfortunately, eATX also isn't on the official support list.

I thought as much as it wasn't on the list I was thinking of going for a standard ATX board just trying to pick the best one for overclocking.

ATX size - 305 × 244

Asus size - 305 x 272

EATX size - 305 × 330

So as you can see its in between the two form factors, so cant be called ATX as its wider than that, but its actually not as wide as a proper EATX, so have a look and see if it will fit, it may cover half of the cable grommets.
