Fractal Design Cases?

I'm looking at building a PC again soon and Overclockers has always been my favourite shop for this kind of thing. However I wanted to use a Fractal Design Node 804 and noticed you guys didn't stock them?

Will they be stocked soon?

Overclockers don't stock Fractal any more due to quality and support issues in the past.

Hmmm that's strange. My last case was Fractal Design and the quality was great. I'm guessing there was some big feud?

Don't suppose they will be back anytime soon?

Shame Overclockers don't stock the cases, guessing the issues were with other components.

I have 2 define r3's and quality is great. Love the look of the node 304 and 804 also.

I'm surprised about that too, my case is the best quality I have seen in a case before, at least for the price.

804 is a very good case by most accounts too, gets solid reviews. Obviously more to this issue than we know.

No complaints about Fractal's quality here.
I have a define mini and an Arc midi r2 great cases subtle and stylish.The only thing was the dust filter came loose in transit and scratched the front bezel.I contacted Fractal direct and they sent me a complete front bezel including the fan! so I have no problems recommending Fractal Design

IIRC it was a disagreement about the quality of Fractal's packaging for their cases. OcUK were fed up of getting Fractal stuff sent back to them because of damage in transit.

Fractal denied there was a problem, so OcUK stopped stocking them.

My R4 arrived in perfect condition, box too.

Will be building another one at some point and will definitely use Fractal again, be handy if they could be stocked on OCUK again.

this is pretty much what happened.

despite sending them photographic evidence of what was happening there was no acknowledgement of it.

I have spoken to their UK rep a few times at trade shows and exhibitions and invited him to come down to OcUK to hash things out and potentially look at relisting the brand but heard nothing from him.

ultimately, they don't care. so neither do I.

No issues with my fractal Arc midi either, arrived in top condition and was a pleasure to build a system in.

Yeah that's what some of us like haha. The "Minimalistic" look. Shame they won't be coming back to OCUK soon

Fractal Design Define XL here.

The rear angled fan squeaked when I first fired everything up.
Dropped Fractal Design an email, they sent a replacement over from Sweden Land on next day delivery FOC.

They get top marks in my book.

I have 2 fractal design cases - one for HTPC and one for the server. Very happy with both. Quality and design is fantastic.

Same! I had the top big fan become a bit dodgy and they sent me a replacement free quite quick!
