Anyone running one of these?

I'm still using my trusty black widow from many moons ago, but feel the need for a larger case as working on anything in the black widow is just a pain.

Also I'm running a 5970 (which fits in the black widow strangely enough!) so some additional space / modern cooling would help.

I was thinking of getting one of these to house the Sandy Bridge system i'll build soon. I've heard that it's probably not quite as good as the Define R3, but still quite nice.

I have one and it's huge, I have 5 hard drives and a SSD all in the bottom chamber, removed the upper drive cage so theres loads of room above and a clear air flow.

With the optional fans fitted (140mm + 120mm) I would say the temps are just about the same as my old Antec 900 so there was no gain for me in that department.

Thinking of buying one of these myself, put the supplied 140mm fans at the front, then use my 120mm Apache fans for the side and H50 push pull at the rear. Cooling should be better than my current P180, and cable management way better, as the P180 has practically none :)

I got one the other day and well i regret buying it.
I was after a case that was quiet and had good cooling and this has neither.
The stock fans are noisey and dont shift much air and it's VERY heavy.
And to be honest i would not recommend this case.

I was going to get one but i got annoyed by the delays so i cancelled my pre-order. then i read the review and i thought i made the right choice.

also the fact that its been out for a while and only 1 real review.. its passed by the tech world almost un noticed really :S

its a shame because it looks so good and probably with the right set up of fans etc it is really good case,

i feel though that its not quite big enough for a tower case, everything looks so squashed in there still :(

Yeah, I did notice the lack of interest in it. Not really sure what you mean by being squashed inside, looks pretty good to me?

Maybe I should be looking at alternatives. The HAF X gets good reviews, but just not sure if I can get on with the design.

Thanks for the short review cook, saved me some cash. Not really sure what I should get instead then. Needs to be cheaper than the XL if possible.
