Trying to work out if the above PSU supports low power/hybrid fan control but there's nothing in any reviews or spec sheets that support this.
Would you conclude that this PSU's fan should spin 100% of the time?

Doesn't look like it's hybrid fan , are you considering buying this PSU if yes how much ?

Its an older PSU no? The kitguru review on the 650 suggests it doesn't have zero rpm mode.

No it doesn't, it just has a temperature controlled fan. It's a budget psu and it's ancient now (11 years old) so I wouldn't touch one new or second hand.

Family member has this in their pre-built and after moving their PC this morning to dust with electric duster, it no longer powers on. We've gone through the power pin jump test and it failed to power on, which was the reason for asking. I did come to the conclusion it didn't have a zero fan feature but wanted to check incase i missed something.
