Well I'm looking at modding my FD define XL out and put some watercooling into it as overclocking in this case produces a lot of heat on air but keeps it quiet.

Specs:

Intel i7 920 D0
ASUS Rampage III Black edition
12GiG Corsair RAM
Gigabyte OC Geforce GTX560Ti
Corsair Modular 750W PSU

Im looking to just cool the CPU asi dont think there are any GFX fullcases for the GTX560. I will be modding the top of the case to allow for a 120.2 Rad maybe .3 depending on how far i go with the case mod.
Im quite new to watercooling but got the jist of it in theory. wondering if someone could spec me out a decent system. I got around say £400 to go with but as its only a single loop i wouldnt have thought it will get near that amount.

Hi, welcome to forums

I'm by no means any watercooling expert as I am just looking into it myself at the moment
That being said Id of thought it would be easier for you to go for a 140.2 rad in the front of your case rather than mod the top, you would still have to mod a litlle bit but a) its an easier mod b) if it doesnt go exactly perfect the modding is inside so less obvious rather than outside where if its your first time it may not be exactly perfect, thats all

As to specs, this is similar to what Im looking at, though swap the rad for a Phobya G Changer 280 available elsewhere, just included that one here to be representative of price

You may want to go for aftermarket fans too, though I think the Fractals are meant to be pretty decent anyway, if you do the Scythe Gentle Typhoons are popular

i thought about the front mod (Though i couldnt find any good examples of it). however i think just getting a holesaw and just doing the top of the case and adding a new grill is easier for myself :p (Mainly as i only have to get the holesaw bit, rather than full dremel set and learn how to use it).
