Was wondering if ASUS GTX 580 Direct CU II would fit into Fractal Design Define R3 case. Specs for case say approx 290mm while the card is 292mm, so would be nice to know if it will fit before I buy the card and case

One question about cooling, was thinking about using Noctua nh-u12p se2 for i5 2500k, and add 3 Noctua nf-p12, one in front for intake, one in bottom for intake and one in top for exhaust. Would this give me quiet and cool setup while overcloked and playing games?
