Fractal Design Venturi High Pressure HP-14 PWM (140mm) Computer Cooling Fan is what I've come across..and apparently from a review, one of the best for pressure and noise levels.

Finding vendors that sell these at reasonable prices is hard work. I see OCUK is a Fractal Design reseller, but they don't seem to carry their fans.

I'm looking for 37 HP-12's.
