Fractured rib

This is not a medical thread. I do not need or want medical advice.

But I thought I'd share with you that after last weeks fun on the minibikes, I have a fractured rib.

I am in a fair bit of pain. I can't breathe deeply without it hurting, and sneezing is the worst thing in the world.

It will take between 3 and 6 weeks to heal.

And I'm going snowboaring again in 5 weeks...

Gimme sympathy. I'm feeling sorry for myself.

Let me be the first to offer you the medical advice that the more you hit your rib, the quicker it will heal...

and they call you a Man of Honour? pah!

i can beat that!! i have a kidney problem and its been going on for months ( since november last year) and i have to have an ultrasound scan on thursday, even worse its my birthday!! then if its bad i got to be admitted and miss my birthday party on the friday!!

that sucks. nothing serious I hope.
