frame only cases

On CES 2017 there were some frame only cases by a Chinese manufacturer.

The case frame could be used for the watercooling loop also.
Because my old SSD got damaged and cannot find the video, does anyone knows the names of the manufacturer or remind me the link for the video?

Probably the ID Cooling cases. Not heard the best things about them though. QC is a problem.
