Framed Web Forwarding - break out?

I have a web site hosted on some free webspace, and have registered a domain name with 123-reg. I'm currently using framed web forwarding so it continuously shows www.mydomain.com rather than www.hahaha.com/this_guy_uses/cheap_webspace.

The problem is it seems to permentantly over-write the url in the address bar, even when you navigate away. Even I find this really annoying, and it's my own site! Anybody know if there's a way to make a browser break out when they leave the site?

Set the target of external links to "_parent" e.g.:

<a href="http://www.google.com" target="_parent">Google</a>

It depends whether he just wants to break out of his own frame or all frames (assuming he's not using frames actually within his site).
